No Returns or Refunds. No Exceptions.

Items Marked “Preloved” and vintage means they are used & show signs of wear. Hopefully you chose to purchase for the same reasons I chose to sell for you!

PLEASE make sure your address is correct. If wrong, and the package gets sent back to me, you will have to pay additional shipping fees to get the item back to you. If address was incorrect when input, and item is shipped to that address, we will not offer a refund so please double check your inputs!

Please allow between 2-5 business days before emailing asking for tracking. All tracking numbers will be sent after items are dispatched. If you needed your item(s) quickly, email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is not a guarantee.

We have 2 amazing puppies. That being said, we do our best to keep everything clean and washed before shipping but sometimes an occasional Pug or French bulldog hair may be delivered with the item. If you are allergic to dogs, let us know and we will be diligent in making sure there is no issue.

Some of our items such as jewelry might still have tarnish, send us an email about it being an issue and we’ll assist you with restoring it to its best shape.
